As of 2025, my rate is $175 for a 50 minute session. I prorate the fee if my clients need longer or shorter sessions.
I often start working with couples in 80 minute sessions, as these are often more effective early in therapy. We can adjust the frequency of our sessions if need be, if cost is a concern. I’m happy to discuss the rationale for longer sessions during our 20 minute free consultation.

I am credentialed with Kaiser insurance in Colorado, and I accept private pay with credit card or a HSA.
I do not take any other insurance plans at this time, but will be happy to provide you with a Superbill (see below) to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
Please note that due to legal restrictions I can't work with Medicaid clients, even if you do not use Medicaid for billing.

A superbill is a receipt provided for out-of-network therapy that may provide you with insurance reimbursement. It contains basic information needed by insurance companies before they can approve payment. A superbill outlines key details such as the date of service, the procedure code (CPT code), the diagnostic code, the billed amount, and the therapist's professional information. Please check with your insurance company directly to see if they will accept superbills.

Please note that I only provide telehealth (online) counseling at this time.
I am licensed to practice with clients in Colorado, and am in the process of getting licensed in Washington state. Once the national counseling compact becomes active, I plan to provide counseling in additional areas.

At first, you don’t! I also don’t know if you’re the right client for me. This is why I offer a free 20 minute introductory meeting, which allows us both to see if we’re a good fit.
I also feel that it’s very important for you to know you can end therapy at any time. If we meet for a couple sessions and you don’t feel it’s the right fit, you can simply end our work. If you wish, I’ll be happy to provide referrals to other therapists.
